Role :
- Implement key talent strategies and practices
- Design, development and implementation of programs, policies and strategies tailored to meet OD needs and program goals; designing and executing key elements of the OD process; measuring the achievement of established goals
- Help build organisation culture and capabilities ; Building innovative Talent practices and Talent models for the future that can complement and propel Talent Transformation aligned to the future ways of working
Key attributes -
- Experience working in multi-national environments with comfort in communicating with leadership, senior executives and stakeholders for maximum business results
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills to grasp complexities and identify relationships among problems and offer creative solutions
- Strong project management skills, with an ability to manage time and prioritize to meet deadlines
- Adept at proactively engaging with stakeholders and other team members in a predominantly virtual environment
