Process Excellence Organization Design and Service Management Specialist
Role: Senior Consulting Manager – Organization design and Service Management
Experience/Skills: The candidate should possess 12-14 years of relevant experience in Organization design and have a proven track record of defining and
implementing Service centers in multiple client environments
The candidate should be able to perform the following activities:
- Understand the business challenges and evaluate the current alignment of organization design/operating model
- Identify organizational structural issues impending growth and agility
- Define Organizational blueprint to meet organization’s objectives and critical success factors
- Define Operating Model to implement an organizational blueprint
- Identify Opportunities to drive higher agility within IT environment
- Identify and Setup Shared Services as a possible alternative to drive efficiencies and exploit horizontal opportunities
- Identify and setup Managed Services/Sourcing initiatives as an alternative to drive efficiencies
- Implement an operating model by rolling out people, process and tools changes
- Engage with CXO level representatives from client to understand IT strategy and understand critical success factors
Certifications/Education
- MBA (Operations Management)
- ITIL V3 (Service Strategy/Service Design)
Prior background/experience
- Hands-on experience at setting up one or more of the following
- Centers of Excellence (Any domain)
- Shared Service
- Managed Services
- A track record of driving Efficiency through addressing organizational design and structural issues
- A track record of delivering solutions with demonstrable results
