Experience of nurturing talent thereby contributing in Top line growth, Leadership Development, Competency Mapping, Assessment Development Centres, Framing and implementing policies related to Talent Management Key Responsibility Area (KRAs) -&nbsp; - Diagnose organizational requirements Development of Competency model for Competency Based Interview mechanism across organisation - Career path &amp; succession planning frameworks and system (Example: Career paths for a function to be maintained / updated with inputs from HRBP to take care of structural or role changes). - Assist on succession planning and management for top roles. Review the effectiveness of existing systems and processes and continuously improvise. - Manage the change in systems, process, practices using change management practices and principles. - Drive OD initiatives as and when required by organisation.&nbsp; - Designing of various functional and behavioural training programs&nbsp; - Formulating the employee engagement agenda, retention strategy and road-map for the business to ensure high levels of engagement among employees through various structured interventions &amp; initiatives in order to drive maximum Business Alignment across all verticals.&nbsp; - Institutionalizing &amp; executing engagement surveys and work with the business leaders to analyse the results, Cascade Survey Findings, Action Plan Creation - Assess, track and communicate progress, obstacles and challenges to all key stakeholders. - To monitor the corporate culture evolution on a regular basis Create and conduct surveys to assess needs and effectiveness of different Organizational programs.
