Qualification : PHD / MBA
Below is the Job Profile :
- Managing overall functioning of the Talent Development across the organisation
- Manpower planning and Budgeting, Build recruitment strategy to acquire talent through cost effective & sustainable sources.
- Pre & post Training feedback mechanism, ROI on Training, Training Budgeting etc.
- Succession planning identified Key talent through robust Performance Management System,
- Develop organization Development or Effectiveness Models.
- Accelerate the delivery of the diversity agenda of the Group by focusing on 3 key areas - Gender, Generation & Cultural diversity.
- Build the next generation organization by engaging in cutting edge research and benchmarking to be ahead of the curve in organizational effectiveness practices globally
- Research on compliance related areas and creating policies on statutory compliances like - New act on Whistle Blower, Prevention of Sexual Harassment, Code of conduct
- Designing the HR orientation program for senior managers
- Designed HR Connect framework to institutionalize structure HR to member connects and guidelines to facilitate member to member connect.
- Conducted the Action Planning Session to address the outcome of Survey.
