This position is primarily responsible for planning, designing and implementation of OD initiatives in the organization in line with organization direction and overall HR plans.
Key Result Areas:
- Work closely with Head - Human Resources to identify and conceptualize Organization Development agenda.
- Identify OD needs of the organization and propose programs to meet those needs
- Design and execute OD interventions and programs aimed at developing desired work environment and cultural transformation.
- Develop appropriate employee communication plans to ensure implementation of OD programs
- Responsible for improving the Employee Engagement Index across the business by conceptualizing and implementing various employee engagement initiatives.
Qualification and competencies:
- MBA with HR specialization from a reputed business school with minimum 5 years of experience
- Thorough knowledge and experience of the various interventions done from an OD perspective, OD as a function, and how it impacts the performance and development of other functions to be able to understand stakeholder/ business requirements and deliver the relevant and right solutions for the same or provide support.
- Leadership, a natural ability to lead people and lead by example, the manager will be required to quickly command respect and loyalty even when making difficult decisions.
- Strong analytical mind set with problem-solving skills
- Ability to drive innovation and creativity.
