Work closely with diverse teams to ensure we can deliver on our customer promises.
Working in this team requires a mix of strategizing, planning and hands on execution. One should be excellent at issue resolution and be adept at working with non-negotiable timelines. Role requires strong people management skills for working with diverse clients and vendors. A highly cross functional role with a strong knack for getting works done.
Responsibilities :
- Setting up scalable processes to ensure seamless execution of daily orders
- Create, implement and optimize logistics, store and vendor management processes to build a great customer experience
- Managing and training the task force
- Customer relationship management
- Strong analytics, ability to work with people to gather information. Excellent documentation and process mapping skills are a must
- Coordinate and maintain relationships with store related issues
- Team expansion, as and when required
- Manage relationships with existing service providers and consumers
- Represent the Company at local events and with local PR
- Manage local regulatory concerns
- Creative local marketing strategies and user growth campaigns
Requirements :
- Good organization and planning skills, structured and logical approach essential
- Ability to work under pressure and possess a keen eye for detail
- Quick Decision making and problem solving
- At least 2 years of experience in operations or consulting (start-up experience is a major plus)
- Team player; must get along well with colleagues at all levels
- Experience of handling a team will be a major plus
