Key Responsibilities :
- Primarily in charge of marketing strategy.
- Act as a key leader in defining the strategy, focus areas, plan and execution of marketing goals.
- Managing Marketing Team and lead Digital (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Display Ads, Retargeting, Mobile Marketing) and Offline (ATL, BTL, partnerships, PR and community management) marketing activities.
- Owns delivery and achievement of the business goals delivered through marketing function.
- Regularly track and monitor customer perception and improve metrics
- Managing the customer journey (customer relationship management) through marketing communication and engagement
- Act as an authority and promoter of the Brand, ensuring consistent brand expression through all consumer and cultural touch points, both external and internal.
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional calendar to drive traffic, sales, and engage the target customer with the brand.
- Develop and direct measurable multi-channel, cross-channel, channel-specific, product, promotional marketing programs that tie back to brand strategy and business goals.
- Facilitate integration of marketing, merchandising, product development and other departments as appropriate, to fully develop Big Ideas.
- Ensure thorough usage of analytics and maintain a data-driven approach to marketing.
- Develop, optimize and track annual marketing budget.
People leadership:
- Build, retain and groom a strong team to deliver across functions
- Set goals, define KPIs and ensure team tracks effectively towards goals
Desired background:
- Educational background - should be from premier institutes, Engineering +MBA
- 3-4 years in Marketing and 3-5 years in a premier FMCG, Retail or eCommerce company.
- Knowledge of Retail, consumer goods industry, online industry
