Purpose of this Job :
Order to Delivery Manager - B2B is responsible for managing the end to end process order fulfillment starting from receipt of Order, Material Planning and order execution until delivery to the customer for B2B business of Philips Lighting by working closely with the Trade Sales Team, Key Accounts Team, Strategic Sourcing Groups and Product Management.
Key Responsibility Areas :
Order Management :
- Order Receipt, Validation and Entry: Ensure that customer orders are received with complete details and validated before entering into SAP to avoid any dispute later. Work on improving the PO to SO lead-time by removing all non-value added activities. Ensure that order acknowledgements are sent to customer on time with confirmed delivery date.
- Customer Service Quality: Responsible for servicing customer orders On-Time, In-Full for across all product categories for B2B channels through regular analysis of miss causals across India. Measure for Customer Service is DRM, which is an On-Time In-Full measurement. OtD Manager is the country SPOC for delivering the DRM target for his/her channel.
- Back Orders: Analyse back order aging and timely processing and cleaning of back orders to minimize back orders and age of back orders. Measure is # of back orders - 40 days/ 60 days.
- Touchless Orders: Increasing the percentage of e-orders or touchless orders for the B2B trade customers. Work closely with IT for enhancement and upgrading the e ordering tool.
FG Planning :
- Finished Product Planning: Ensure that all customer orders are converted into 12 NC level requirements by netting off available inventory and purchase requisitions are raised on the sourcing group. Link up customer orders to orders on vendor for seamless monitoring and control.
- Supply Confirmation & Sales Planning: Provide supply confirmation for each order line and represent the supply group in weekly sales planning call.
- Advance material planning: Devise ways to forecast finished product requirement basis the SFDC pipeline for component planning.
- OD Manager B2B represents B2B business in the S&OP meetings.
Inventory Management :
- Decide inventory strategy for all products - MTS/MTO/ETO etc.
- Projecting inventory levels for 4 to 6 months and simulate inventory intake for achieving the inventory targets. Inventory is measured in MAT %.
- Non-Moving/ Slow Moving Inventory: OtD Manager works with Sales Team, Product Managers, Marketing Managers to liquidate non-moving/slow-moving inventory. Measure is Slow-Moving and Non-Moving Inventory as % of Total Inventory.
