Role :
Being a HR Business Partner and execution of the HR Business Plan, in order to meet the Company's HR objectives.
Reporting to: Chief Relationship Officer
Responsibilities, duties and tasks:
- Providing a dedicated HR support to the company, in relation to all aspects of the employee lifecycle
- Developing and maintaining collaborative and productive relationships with managers, colleagues and employees, establishing professional credibility
- Meeting recruitment targets including understanding hiring requirements, developing job descriptions together with the managers, shortlisting, interviews, offers and new joinee orientation for the requirements in Mumbai and in the Branches
- Enabling the development and maintenance of a performance management culture. This includes developing managers- skills in this area, defining Key Result Areas, imitating and driving the appraisal cycle etc. Enabling an ongoing feedback culture.
- Driving the annual compensation processes
- Driving employee engagement in the Mumbai office and all the branches
- Develop short to long term organizational and talent plans and enable the implementation within the business.
- Enabling and supporting change management programmes and working groups as required.
- Support the identification and delivery of learning & development needs by organizing staff training sessions, workshops and activities (including external training).
- Leading and/or supporting the Senior Managers on disciplinary and grievance casework, ensuring legislation, policy and best practice are followed.
- Preparing regular and ad hoc management information reports, as requested.
- Assisting in the design and delivery of development workshops in areas of HR best practice, to enhance knowledge and skills within the company.
- Overseeing and authorising the preparation and issue of appropriate contractual documentation in relation to appointments, terminations and variations of employment.
Desired knowledge, skills and experience:
4-5 years relevant Line HR / HR Business Partner Experience
Candidates who have worked in the well established brands in the Travel Space or Well Established Brands in the FMCG space will have an advantage
