Job Overview:
We are looking for ahighly skilled and experienced Pre-sales Reporting and Analytics Specialist with 10 to 15 years of hands-on experiencewith Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) reporting and analytics.
- The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a proven track record in delivering high-quality insights that support pre-sales activities. You will play a pivotal role in leveraging Oracle EBS data to drive informed decision-making and support our sales team in achieving strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Oracle EBS Reporting and Analytics:
- Develop and manage reports and dashboards with Oracle EBS data to support pre-sales efforts andtrack sales performance.
- Analyze data from Oracle EBS to provide actionable insights that enhance sales strategiesand clientengagement.
- Generate custom reports and perform data analysis to assist in proposal development and pre-sales presentations.
Pre-sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and translate them into actionable data insights.
- Preparedetailed, data-driven presentations and reports for pre-sales meetings andclient interactions.
- Assist in crafting proposals and presentations, integrating insights from Oracle EBS data to address client needs effectively.
Data Analysis and Market Research:
- Utilize Oracle EBS to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement based on historical dataand market research.
- Conduct competitive analysis to inform pre-sales strategies and provide recommendations for optimizing sales efforts.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes and implement best practices within Oracle EBS and its data.
- Recommend and implement improvements to increase the accuracy and efficiencyof reporting and analytics.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Workclosely with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and IT, togather dataand align reporting efforts with business objectives.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively tostakeholders, ensuringthat insights are actionable and relevant.
Qualifications:
Experience: 10 to 15 years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), including reporting and analytics.
Skills:
- Expertise in Oracle EBS modules and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provideactionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with theability to conveycomplex information clearly.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is advantageous.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) andtheirintegrationwith Oracle EBS is aplus.
- Quick learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving and akeen eyefor detail.
