Position : International HR Data Manager

Reports to : Head HR Shared services international

Location : Gurgaon

Job Purpose : This position is responsible for the ongoing maintenance of PIMS employee data administration globally. Ensures that Data Administrators enter and validate employee data accurately, consistently, and within agreed service levels as the foundation for employee information, management reporting, corporate interfaces and earnings distribution.

Key result area :

- Provides supervision and direction to PIMS Data Administrators in 3 global locations.

- Ensures service level agreements, such as the timing of data inputs that impact payroll deadline are met, e.g., new hire entries, terminations, address updates, salary adjustments etc.

- Compiles and distributes transaction KPIs on a monthly basis, with recommendations for improvements when necessary

- Ensures data entry standards and procedures meet global business and local standards

- Coordinates PIMS Data Integrity audit process and monitors/assists in other data integrity initiatives

- Manager Payroll related activities across the Globe (currently for US, UK, Ireland)

- Monthly calls monitoring & scheduling for Country/Region issues and escalations.

- Identifies continuous process improvement opportunities, and recommends enhancements to increase efficiencies and/or improve data integrity.

- Drives the HR Automation projects within the Team and closely monitor's status and reports.

- Works with HR SSC head on reporting on regional Dashboards and Headcount Analysis

- Expanding the scope of HR Data Management by devising new ways of working and/or bringing something new to the table.

- Supports HR Systems with global initiatives and developments by providing input during development stages, participating in user testing (UAT) and participating in global rollout(s)

- Trains Data Administrators, provides feedback during implementation and measures new process performance against global standard KPIs.

- Closely aligns with local payroll managers and IT&S to identify and resolve payroll interface process gaps. Advises data administrators of permanent and/or interim solutions and documents related processes.

- Manages the HR records for all regions, including data entry, verification, auditing and reporting in line with SOX Compliances.

- Generates employee related reports for Region HR Leader for analysis and decision-making

Educational Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/PG degree, or related combination of education and experience.

Relevant Experience :

- Experience in Data management, People Soft expertise, HR operations background, worked in international portfolio with managing multiple geographies - AME,MEA,EUR,APAC

Desired skills/knowledge :

- Expert on PeopleSoft

- Strong managerial experience, managing staff with culture differences remotely

- Excellent global customer service, ensuring priorities and solutions are determined from global perspective, including ability to politically influence those focused on single location or region of global perspective

- Self-starter, able to work in virtual supervision environment

- Strong computer and relational database skills, i.e. Microsoft Office suite, HRIS systems background, etc.

- Payroll knowledge across locations

- Very effective team manager and a collaborative team player

- Capable of organizing and prioritizing workload to accomplish multiple, complex tasks, in a high volume environment

- Ability to deal effectively with change and provide positive support to the change process.

- Effective reasoning skills to research and troubleshoot practical problems, interpret and apply instruction, define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

- Strong hold on MIS & Data Analysis.

- Extensive knowledge in Data Analytics, Project Management & effective team management skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to present complex information to a group of senior management in the most appropriate manner.

- Ability to input data accurately into a database, using standardized processes

- Strong teaming skills, including ability to take responsibility for assigned team effectiveness as it relates to human resource process implementation

- Ability to exercise judgment in dealing with sensitive and confidential matters and information and reporting/escalating as and when required.

- Efficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a mandate.

- Effective skills in process/procedure development, implementation and continuous improvement
