About the Role:

You will be required to lead one of our Product lines, be a subject matter expert in strategic focus area(s), identify the challenges our customers face and explore new opportunities to elevate our customer experience, build business cases that satisfy significant market needs, generate revenue opportunities and remove business related roadblocks to ensure successful product delivery on time and within scope.

What will you get to do?

- Own the product roadmap, process & delivery to drive exponential growth.

- Take the product from '1 to 10' with a strong focus on leveraging tech to scale manual processes and deliver a stellar consumer experience.

- Translate the growth roadmap into detailed requirements and prototypes. Manage the backlog and the end delivery.

- Prioritize problem statements where the focus is on the reach, impact, and time-to-ship of a solution.

- Be the voice of the users, understand what they need, and educate concerned stakeholders.

- Prioritize experiments and product changes in close collaboration with engineering, marketing, product design, and success teams so as to move the needle across the entire funnel from new user acquisition all the way through customer retention and expansion.

- Perform rapid iterations with a fail-fast approach. Build rapid low-fidelity prototypes.

- Actively contribute towards growing the product culture at Orange Health.

Skills we are looking for:

- Critical thinking: To make decisions about the product, the strategy and the allocation of time and resources.

- User Empathy: Ability to empathize with the user and build products that meet the user needs and do so very well.

- An understanding of UX: Need a thorough understanding of user experience principles and processes to foster better collaboration with the design team.

- Business savvy: Need a good dose of business acumen to develop a vision for the product that aligns with business goals.

- Technical expertise: Need a good handle on the technical side of the product development process to ensure that the product is built and tested according to the needed specifications.

- Consumer Research : Know the market inside-out to identify opportunities for growth.

- Ability to prioritize: To ensure that goals and deadlines are met, you need to determine what's a high priority and what can wait.

- Communication skills: Excellent communication skills needed along with being an active and engaged listener.

Compensation and Benefits:

- The total compensation is up to 40 LPA and ESOPS
