Orange Business Services - Assistant Manager - Reporting

1. Prepare Monthly consolidated Balance Sheet pack with explanation of the variances for the India Business.

2. Lead the Monthly calls and explain the Balance Sheet pack to the Chief Accounting Office team of the group.

3. Preparation of monthly DPO/DSO analysis and any other adhoc reporting for the group reporting purpose.

4. Other adhoc reporting (AR ageing, Off BS commitment, account reconciliations etc.) for the purpose of monthly closing of the group entities.

5. Booking of intercompany journals.

6. Prepare monthly financial dashboard reporting including variance analysis for India MSC business.

7. Coordinate with the business stakeholders for taking their inputs for the purpose of reporting

8. Handle annual budget processes and reporting for one of the business segments of the India business.

9. Identifying area of process / system improvement, important from reporting perspective, lead & driving implementation.

10. Supporting in various audits like tax audit, statutory audit, cost audit, internal audit etc.

11. Closing of dormant entities and coordinate with global stakeholders for passing necessary journals

12. Review of Balance Sheet reconciliations of dormant entities.

13. Participate in any projects driven by India Finance Management

Required skills

- You are rigorous, proactive and likes team working.

- Should have strong verbal and written communication skills

- Relevant experience in Financial reporting and closing

- Experience in using ERP systems. Proficient in MS excel, Powerpoint etc

- Knowledge of IFRS and Indian GAAP

- CA/MBA/ICWA with 3- 5 years relevant work experience in closing and reporting. Preferably from MNC work environment
