Orange Business Services - Legal Counsel Role

Legal Counsel at Mumbai or Gurgaon with Orange Business Services

- Provide strong executive and legal support to the India management team on all business operations and activities of Orange Business Services in India.

- Oversee the handling of all corporate secretarial matters in relation to Orange Business Services legal entities in India.

- Provide effective legal support to the sales/sourcing teams in India for RFP responses, contract preparation and negotiation and debt collection matters.

- Provide strategic advice and guidance to management on business operations and future business expansion in India and the Asia Pacific region.

- Provide general legal advice and support to other functions e.g., Human Resources, Finance, Corporate Services, Sourcing, Real Estate & Facilities Management etc.

- Effectively manage all litigation matters and disputes in India. Liaise with outside counsel to develop and implement appropriate risk-mitigation strategies in relation to Orange Business Services' business operations and activities in India.

- Work with the Regulatory and Compliance teams within Orange Business Services to provide appropriate advice and training to the India management team and the Orange Business Services staff in India on related compliance and corporate governance matters.
