Orane Consulting - Project Management Officer - SAP

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Officer- SAP to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, exceptional communication skills. The SAP Shared Services Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of our SAP services, including S/4 HANA upgrades and migrations, to both local and global clients. This role will collaborate closely with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure services are aligned with client needs and our company's service standards.

SAP Project Management: Lead and manage SAP implementation projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to drive project success.

SAP Governance: Establish and enforce project management methodologies, processes, and best practices related to SAP implementation. Develop and maintain project governance frameworks to ensure project compliance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.

SAP Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP applications, including troubleshooting, incident management, and problem resolution. Collaborate with IT teams and end-users to address system issues and optimize SAP functionality.

SAP Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, requirements documents, and user guides. Generate regular reports on project progress, key metrics, and performance indicators for management and stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as business leaders, IT teams, SAP consultants, and external vendors. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate project updates, and ensure alignment between business needs and SAP solutions.

Requirements:

SAP Expertise: In-depth knowledge and experience with SAP modules and functionalities, such as SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/BI, SAP CRM, SAP SCM, or other relevant modules. Familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies and tools.

Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and executing SAP projects. Proficiency in project management frameworks (e.g., PMBOK) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders, facilitate meetings, and present project updates. Ability to collaborate and build relationships across different teams and levels of the organization.

Problem-solving and Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues related to SAP implementation, system integration, and data management. Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

SAP Certification (Optional): Possessing SAP certifications related to project management, specific SAP modules, or other relevant areas can be advantageous.
