- Should carry 12+ years of experience with good domain experience in Supply Chain / Manufacturing industries

- Should have worked extensively worked on implementing TMS applications

- Should have good implementation experience of Oracle Transportation Management

- Should possess excellent Solution Architecting Skills

- Should have handled presales

- Should have ability to build competency assets, resourcing capabilities and drive GTM’s

- Good Communication skills and should have ability to engage customers at all levels
