JD/Experience:

Project Manager, having 8+ years- experience in managing of the end to end delivery of large, complex projects and programs. The position is a key leadership role and will require experience in client management including participation governance review meetings, good communication, complex problem management, consultative, building and managing high-performance teams.

Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the execution of Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion cloud, and CRM & Property Manager implementation projects. He will lead, direct, challenge, and motivate teams to ensure successful delivery of our clients- requirements. He will also be responsible for growing key accounts through expansion of product & service offerings. He must be solution driven, client-focused, Quality oriented, proactive, dynamic leader, mentor to guide employees and be willing to travel regularly.

Offering innovative services/solutions to the customer :

- Focus on quality of the delivery and customer satisfaction and provide leadership on new services offerings/strategy

- Manage project scope alignment, adherence, and changes to ensure successful project delivery

- Monitor and report status of project progress and risks to top management regularly

- Establish formal and informal communication methods to cultivate effective communication among team members

- Identify sales opportunities and make recommendations on how to expand account

- Effectively distribute project information to project team and sponsors

- Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project and future opportunities

- Serve as a role model for excellence, professionalism, and leadership

- Recognize, celebrate and reward successes of individuals and of teams

- Build solid relationships with the clients with a focus on key decision makers and executives

- Communicate risks and issues to the client in an effective manner

- Build trusted relationships with employees

- Help drive requirements and solution design and when needed

- Serve the go-to person for the Technical Architect and Project Manager for ideation

- Using past experiences, implement tools and/or deliverables will make a project run

- 8+ years project/program management experience implementing packaged software applications

- Experience managing at least 8 end-to-end ERP implementations with a minimum of 10 people assigned to each project.

- Experience in developing and deploying project best practices, policies, procedures, and processes

- Experience utilizing the complete AIMS or OUM Methodology, Software Development Lifecycle

- Solid logic, analytical skills, and organizational skills, High ethics and values

- Positive motivator and team builder

- Exceptional customer-facing skills, both verbal and written

- Ensuring integration of people with effective & periodic communication

- Proven experience in onsite/offshore delivery including Experience in Project governance, Crisis, people management, client management, delivery, risk, Issue, and Escalation management

- Building and enhancing competencies of the team for current & future requirements

- Desirable Technical Competency as Oracle E-Business suite, Oracle cloud computing, Oracle Hyperion, Fusion and Oracle CRM & Property.
