Job Responsibilities :
- As a member of Oracle India Compensation and Benefits team you will assist in the design and implementation of Total Rewards programs including Base salary, Supplementary Compensation, Benefits, Cash incentives, and Stock options.
- You will be a subject matter expert on India Compensation and Benefits and C&B advisor for large business verticals. You will partner with Line HR and Business Managers in managing Business Compensation.
- You will participate in compensation and benefits surveys to analyze the company's competitive market position.
- You will monitor trends and best practices and make recommendations towards implementation.
- You will partner with the APAC compensation and benefit team and work on a variety of special compensation and benefits projects as needed.
Job Requirements :
- You should have extensive exposure in the area of Compensation & Benefits covering C&B Surveys, Job evaluation, Job matching, data analysis & trends, industry practices & benchmarks.
- Job duties are varied and complex requiring independent judgment. You must possess strong analytical and communication skills.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and Excel spreadsheets is essential.
Preferred Experience: 8+ years HR Experience and around 2-3 years C&B experience.
Qualification: Masters Degree in HR
