Oracle HCM Functional Consultant - UK Payroll

Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud UK Payroll Functional Consultant

Experience: 8-10 Years

Location: Pan India

Notice Period: Up to 45 days

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud

- Hands-on Oracle HCM UK Payroll implementation experience (preferably large-scale projects)

- At least 3 years' experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll configuration

- Minimum 2 full life cycle project delivery experience

- Payroll Fast Formula knowledge (Mandatory)

- Strong understanding of UK Payroll legislation & Compensation

- Expertise in Payroll Elements, Eligibility Profiles

- Knowledge of Fusion technical areas (DFF, EFF, OTBI, BIP, HCM Extracts, Data Loader)

- Experience working in Agile teams

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and prioritization skills

- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
