Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant

- We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant specializing in Payroll and Benefits modules to join our team.

- The ideal candidate will play a critical role in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM solutions to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to Payroll and Benefits processes.

- Design, configure, and implement Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including:.

- Global Payroll: Payroll calculation, payment setup, and compliance.

- Benefits: Plan configuration, enrollment, and reporting.

- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to payroll and employee benefits.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll and Benefits modules.

- Conduct fit-gap analysis to identify customizations or process improvements.

- Develop and deliver user training sessions and create user documentation.

- Support end-to-end testing during implementations, including UAT and post-go-live support.

- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement integrations with third-party systems (e. , tax agencies, banks, and benefits providers).

- 3-5 yr exp o Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to Payroll and Benefits processes.

Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations. Configure and implement Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including: Global Payroll: Payroll calculation, payment setup, and regulatory compliance. Benefits: Plan design, enrollment, and reporting.

- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements for payroll and employee benefits.

- Identify and resolve issues within Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll and Benefits modules. o Provide ongoing support to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
