Oracle Financial: Functional Consultants
Job Description:
- The incumbent will be responsible for the implementation of specific Oracle products. The incumbent should have the ability to understand current business processes, data lineage, accounting & reporting in the current financial system environment.
- He/ She should have the ability to fully map functional requirements and integrate them into the final solution keeping in mind the product functional and technical capabilities.
- He/ She should be technically competent in Oracle Application, BIEE and Hyperion platform should have the ability to redesign the end to end process to enhance transparency and traceability of financial accounting and reporting data besides elimination of manual processes and workarounds.
Qualifications:
- 5-10+ years of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation experience, specifically, managing a global Oracle implementation in the insurance/financial services realm throughout the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC);
- Oracle expertise especially across Oracle modules GL, or Hyperion products along with reporting tools, is must.
- Transformational approach to process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal, facilitation and presentation skills.
- Project Management Certification, preferred
