Profile Summary:-

The selected candidate will be responsible for attaining a revenue goal within an assigned territory for himself and his team. The individual will also identify opportunities for Oracle's Services and solutions at existing Enterprises where Oracle is currently in place, as well as opening the door within IT organizations at new customers in the territory. Should successfully lead and mentor the team and motivate them to achieve and outperform the assigned duties. This role is to cover complete JAPAC market so candidate must have experience in managing offshore sales team.

Job Description-

1) Candidate should preferably have an international experience managing team not only in India but also in the JAPAC region.

2) Candidate should have managed large team/managers before.

3) Candidate should have been in a quota-carrying role.

4) Should have inside sales as well field experience Leaders who have worked in a hybrid model will be a fit.

5) Should be in a role of managing managers and not just a direct team.

6) Should know customers in the JAPAC region and should have a good track-record of closing deals and quota achievement YOY. This includes weekly & quarterly forecasting to Regional Manager.

7) Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Oracle Linux & OVM offerings, competitive products, and technologies and industry trends.

8) Create demand for revenue opportunities with a focus on driving business to close. Work with and develop a relationship for team selling with other internal sales/marketing leaders.

9) High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment; including the ability to work in a high pressure, fast moving, and challenging environment.

10) Self-motivated to expand personal professional knowledge of product and selling skills.Professional with excellent organizational, planning, communications, and problem-solving skills.-
