Oracle Delivery Manager

Skills:

- Oracle EBS R12

- Must be a Hands on Manager role, should interact with the users & stakeholders in US & EU and be able to provide technical solutions

- As Individual Contributor. 

- Must have EBS Complex Data Conversion experience (Techno Functional background)

- Experience on (Re)-implementation projects. (Not Upgrade or Migration Projects - As the Data conversion methodology is different for Upgrades and Migrations)

- Must have strong knowledge on SCM, CRM modules. - Should have functional experience on O2C and P2P cycles, Good to have exposure on FIN.

- Should Have 12+ years of Oracle EBS Experience - as a Delivery / Technical Project manager on Complex DC Projects, proven record of in quality and on-time delivery.

- Well aware of the End to End Data Conversion life cycle - work closely with the Business users for Data Extraction, Data Validation, Data Load, Test, Performance tests / Functional Tests etc..

- Strong in PL/SQL, Reports, XML Reports, Forms, Conversions, Performance tuning and good understanding of the changes in R12 DB structures.

- Should have worked on SCM modules like BOM, WIP etc

- Client Interaction, communication and managing client expectations in accordance with scope time and effort, and Business sign-off

- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently - Design, implement, test, deploy and document.

- Resolve internal and/or external customer issues with the application software, escalating as necessary to appropriate personnel

- Extend / Work during PST time zone and full time on-site in Client Location at Pune.
