Be a part of innovative and evolving culture within Oracle's India Compensation and Benefits organization and become a key member of our collaborative and diverse team. This role will provide strategic and ongoing support regarding Benefits design analytics and partner engagement. It involves collaborating with many stakeholders, including benefits' vendor partners, HR Business partners, HR Operations, regional and global benefits consultants, and other key functional areas. As a consultant, scope of work would include complete gamut of benefits and well-being covering insured, non-insured, statutory, voluntary plans for all Oracle group entities in India.

Responsibilities:

- Leading contributor individually and as a Benefits team member your responsibilities will include the below:


- As a Benefits subject matter expert, support India Benefits Lead in the design and implementation of benefits programs, policies, and procedures.

- Participate in renewal of insurance plans and other regular Benefits programs/functional projects.

- Support partner engagement, documentations and benefits communication towards an effective execution

- Drive analytics around wide array of benefits offerings and their effectiveness. Identify problem areas and provide recommendations for process improvement.

- Participate in market studies on topics related to benefits including but not limited to employee benefits trends, emerging practices, wellness, etc.

- Collaborate with country and regional/global teams to leverage best practices.

- Regular reviews with country HR stakeholders to support benefits queries and escalations.

- Monitor statutory changes impacting benefits and suggest necessary actions.

- May perform other duties as assigned in the area of Compensation and Benefits.

Skills / Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of broad-based experience in Benefits with a consulting mindset

- Qualification - Masters in Business Administration/equivalent

- Good understanding of employee benefits, policies, relevant labor laws and tax provisions

- Analytical skills and attention to details and accuracy with organizational skills

- Presentation and communication skills

- Strong networking, collaboration and program management skills

- Expertise in Microsoft 365 applications, e.g.- Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
