Oracle Apps Functional Project Accounting -Consultant / Sr. Consultant
Job Locations: Bengaluru/Hyderabad/ Mumbai & Gurgaon
Our current open positions and required qualifications are:
- Oracle Apps Functional — Consultant/Sr. Consultant
- Experience of 5 –10 years on Project Accounting
Education: Must have MBA Fin / CA/ CFA/ ICWA
Required Skills:
- Oracle Application implementation experience in at least 1 end- to- end project implementation experience and knowledge of integrated Oracle end- to- end business process.
- Project Accounting - Oracle Apps modules of Costing, Project Management, and Resource Management
- Sound functional and business process conceptual skills
- Good Verbal & Written communication Skills
- Cross functional ability (Project consultant having perspective of Finance and broad understanding technical aspects like API's, table structures etc. )
- Ability to absorb and assimilate diverse domain parameters and relate them to the solution on hand
- Appreciation of IT knowledge and relate them to context in solution presentation instances
- Perseverance and positive attitude to put in extended hours of work, when required
- Ability to work to plan and meet timelines; Should be responsive
- Team worker
- Documentation & Presentation capabilities
- Implement functional solution for a specific area - financials, considering the product depth and relevance to the client processes
- Identify requirements and convert them into solution design
- Facilitate design/ solution workshops
- Deploy appropriate functionality for effective solution based on the business process design
- Maintain continuous updation of knowledge on product functionality, new features, related modules etc. , on a pro- active basis
- Plan schedule and achieve them given the relevant/ required operating environment and interfaces with other modules
- Interact with relevant contacts - Oracle Support, client business team, internal consultants, etc. , as Deloitte representative and ensure implementing an optimal solution
- Perform the necessary steps as required on a client engagement which may include requirement analysis, fit- gap analysis, instance configuration, business process testing, support, documentation etc.
- Interact with the client, lead consultants, managers and senior managers for project status reporting etc.
