- Operating budget (capital + expense) can be up to USD 0.1MM depending on projects/initiatives
- Manage IT vendor resources aligned to programs - team sizes would vary depending on scale & size of projects
- Opportunity to streamline and improve Finance & supply chain operational processes that involve IT systems including Oracle Applications.
- Understand and assess technology needs of functional stakeholders and improvement opportunities in Finance and Supply Chain, and deliver / enhance IT solutions for transactional needs aligned to -
Purchase to Pay processes
Order to Cash processes
Make to Delivery processes
Record to Report processes
- Manage automaton projects for Finance and Supply Chain functions.
- Manage User Acceptance testing for projects and Changes deployed.
- Execute projects in analytics and integration for Finance and Supply Chain functions
- Configure / re-configure Oracle applications in line with changes in business dynamics / processes.
- Provide timely support for period reporting by business
- Manage stakeholders across Finance and Supply Chain functions - securing on-going support, delivering on project objectives, providing regular & timely status updates of IT projects/initiatives with IT management & key stakeholders and ensuring effective operational support
- Manage operating mechanisms effectively with functional partners as well as IT vendor teams to ensure adherence to quality and schedule standards
