JD:

Provide Oracle solutions and support for all modules in Order 2 Cash

Support and understand Oracle requirement for all O2C implementations

- to coordinate the effective delivery of regular operational administration tasks required to ensure the successful ongoing operation of the O2C solution

- to provide client take-on project solution administrative input where required

- to provide input where required into the analysis and implementation of required changes to the O2C Solution

- to ensure the effective coordination of solution UAT as required

- to maintain the ownership and effective ongoing operation of the O2C solution support model

- to ensure the delivery of operational solution support in line with agreed internal SLAs

- to own the solution change request prioritization and delivery model

- to ensure the effective ongoing operation of the solution change request delivery model

- to ensure the effective ongoing operation of the required progress communications channels between solution technology support groups and their key operational user base

NOTE: Client would be conducting only personal interviews, so in case candidates are outside Mumbai they would have to come down for an interview if their profiles are shortlisted.
