Responsibilities:
- Support the strategy and vision of Enterprise PLM team on solution design, development and configuration.
- Responsible for maintaining process design documents (BP95, MD50, CV40)
- Will be responsible for managing data migration activities in major and minor projects.
- Collaborate with business functions and IT teams on the definition, planning, modeling, governance, and implementation of PLM capabilities.
- Help with requirements gathering with business customer for major & minor projects.
- Ensure ownership and accountability to effectively resolve gaps to completion.
- Work proactively to identify gaps and prepare countermeasures.
- Familiarity of the following areas would be beneficial. a.) Change Management b.) Product Documentation data structures - Items, BOMs, documents c.) Quality & Regulatory
Skills:
- Solid proven background on Agile PLM implementation.
- Experience in handling large data migration activities.
- Experience in understanding business problems and translate to functional requirements and scope in terms of implementation.
- Should possess strong functional knowledge in PLM domain.
- Demonstrated ability to clearly articulate how business functionality can be mapped.
- Creativity & Critical thinking skills applied through strong technical and business acumen.
- Excellent collaboration, verbal and written communication skills
