Service Delivery Manager

Job Description :

- Manages overall personnel, performance, and discipline in the assigned area

- Consistently meeting and exceeding all agreed SLA & KPI as defined by the business

- Evaluation of operational practices and procedures

- Provide expertise and leadership in assigned functional area

- Manage relationship with internal stake-holders and functions

- Establish and maintain a working environment conducive to positive morale, individual style, quality, creativity, and teamwork

- Establish workloads and provide support in decision-making.

- Provide advice and assistance to senior management in the planning, implementation, and evaluation / modifications to existing operations, systems, and procedures

- Responsible for attrition management and arranging for back-fills on a timely basis

Business Knowledge :

- Good Knowledge of the overall Claims/Provider Life Cycle

- Exposure to Quality Tools, preferably Six Sigma certified

- Proficient in MS Office

Desired Profile :

- 8+ years of experience in the operational role with at least 2 years as Deputy manager

- Current handling a Span of 70+ employees

- People management experience & strong orientation towards customer service-

- Highly organized and proactive; able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment-

- Excellent oral and written communication skills, client management skills;-

- Excellent Project Management Skills, with the experience and ability to run business wide initiatives across sites and teams.

- Ability to drive the same, with a focus on results, with colleagues as well.

- Should be comfortable working in evening shifts-

- Should have managed a minimum span of 70+ FTEs

- Should have good knowledge of overall claims/ provider life cycle

- Should have a minimum of 8+ yrs of experience in the operational role, with at least 2 yrs as Deputy Manager role.
