- Oversee Data initiatives, and ensures proper delivery of the scope

- Plan, organize and lead technical aspects of large scale projects to successful conclusion.

- Perform general management functions including participating in technical assessments, performance reviews, mentoring, hiring, training.

Qualification/Required Skill set :

- Total 12-14 years of IT experience as Project and Program Manager

- Experience of 5+ Years in leading, managing, or assisting in managing a dynamic team with a focus on writing code and developing applications leveraging multiple tools, languages, processes, and technologies.

- Experience of 2+ years in managing & executing Web Analytics projects/Programs

- Experience of 5+ years in general management functions including participating in technical assessments, performance reviews, mentoring, hiring, training

- Health care industry experience

- Previous experience with onsite and remote/offshore team members

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)

- Proficiency with MS Visio
