Job Description :
Experience Level : 5-7 Years
Should have worked as BA for at least 5 Years
Primary Responsibilities :
- Gather and document business requirements
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for the business and clients
- Communicate analysis and interpretation to appropriate audience
- Produce, publish and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc client and operational reports relating to the development and performance of products, processes and technologies
- Able to Conduct Joint Analysis and Design (JAD) Sessions with Business Partners
- Able to Write Technical Business Requirements Documents (TBRDs)
- Able to Write Technical Specifications Documents (TSDs)
- Able to Write Database Change Requests (DBCRs)
- Able to Work independently on identifying timelines and manages schedule for delivering on time
- Review technical documentation and is part of a project team to bring requirements into through full DDLC - builds on knowledge of subtasks and activities in a way that increases technical aptitude in SQL, specifications, BLMDs, TBRDS, and TSDs.

Qualification/Required Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration, related field or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of experience in business/finance including analysis experience with a solid understanding of data storage structures
- Experience gathering requirements from the client/business and documenting Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems required (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
- Experience in analysis of business process and workflow and providing an evaluation, benchmark and/or process improvement recommendations
- 1+ years of experience with project methodology (requirements, design, development, test and implementation)
- Ability to communicate analysis including trends and opportunities to clients and the business in writing and verbally Ability to problem solve including multiple priorities and research conflicting and/or inaccurate data
