Job Description/Job responsibilities :
- Provide analysis and support on business segment and corporate C&B projects.
- Assist the Asia Pac Total Rewards team in implementing business segment compensation and benefits strategies, policies, programs.
- Participates in multiple compensation and benefits ad hoc projects.
- Independently leads moderately complex projects with only minor oversight.
- Provide Human Capital Partners with information regarding compensation and benefits related policies, programs
- Conducts analysis for compensation programs/policies such as salary ranges and salary increase budget and make recommendations.
- Participate in salary and benefits surveys conducted by third parties.
- May work with selected vendors to facilitate custom surveys on behalf of UnitedHealth Group businesses.
- Evaluate new jobs for appropriate title and grade
- Respond on compensation and benefits related questions or issues.
- Develop complex queries, reports, and analysis to meet customer requests.
- Ensure compensation design and processes are integrated with delivery of other Total Rewards- processes and programs.
- Support the compensation review process to ensure business and company objectives are being met
- Strive to continuously improve compensation processes
- Drive project-oriented compensation changes as needed
- Provide analysis and support on business segment and corporate C&B projects.-

Qualification/Required skill set :
- BA/BS degree in Business or Human Resources related field or equivalent compensation experience ( MBA preferred not a requirement)
- Minimum 5+ years professional Human Resources experience (C&B experience preferred, but not a requirement).
- Demonstrated analytical and project management skills.
- Experience in salary survey participation, market data analysis, job evaluation, salary range analysis, and HRIS reporting
- Experience in quickly building relationships and gaining credibility with human capital leaders.
- Ability to work effectively within teams and across the organization.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of Access a plus
