Primary Responsibilities :

- Analyze, review, forecast, and trend complex data - Present analysis and interpretation for operational and business review and planning

- Accountable for the product backlog and prioritization of user stories with team members

- Create business user stories - Practical understanding of Scrum principles and practices

- Partner with Scrum Master in supporting Scrum Framework

- Shares and decomposes Features into user stories (non-technical)

- Develop a deep understanding of the customer and product needs

- Recognized voice of the business to the team

- Works closely with Product Manager to represent capabilities and features at team level

- Business requirements are represented in the product backlog

- Ensures traceability between requirements to Features to user stories

- Review of test cases against user stories acceptance criteria

- Periodically re-prioritize the Product Backlog based on customer feedback, market changes and business priority as communicated by the Product Manager

- Actively participates in Product Backlog grooming sessions, retrospectives, defect management and project teams release planning sessions

Qualification/Required Qualifications :

- B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc/MBA (Full time education only) with 8 to 10 years of experience .

- US Healthcare Industry / Domain experience with understanding of Healthcare Reform act, Quality measures provided by NCQA (HEDIS preferred)

- Product development experience preferred

- Should have worked as a business analyst authoring user stories, prioritizing backlog, conducting functional testing and assisting teams with integration testing.

- Comfortable with Member, Provider and Claims data formats used in Healthcare industry is preferred.- Experience of working with reporting, analytical products is preferred.

- 8+ years of experience in business analysis with over 2+ years of working in agile development

- 8+ years of formal experience gathering requirements from the client / business and documenting them in a clear and concise manner

- Intermediate level of proficiency of gathering requirements in any tool (Rally preferred or similar would do); usage of Visio (swim lane diagrams)

- Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)

- Demonstrated ability to think broadly and communicate analysis clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, to peers, the business / client and all levels of management

- Ability to problem solve including multiple priorities and research conflicting and/or inaccurate data

- Basic Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures

- Experience with clinical data interoperability standards such as HL7, LOINC, SNOMED, ICD9, and ICD10 is big plus
