Job Responsibilities :
- Partner in transition & stabilization of process from US to India
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual reports based on scheduled requests, and internal and external customer submitted requests
- Identify ongoing process improvement opportunities and demonstrate improvement of defined processes in consultation with stakeholders
- Prioritize requests and balance team daily workload
- Provide leadership and mentor 3-4 Reporting Analysts
- Manage India HR Reporting Analyst team, workload, development and assessment
- Collaborates with Human Capital and business leaders on ad hoc and standard reporting requests
- Initiate approval requests
- Report team status regularly, using pre-defined metrics
- Act as functional subject matter expert for PeopleSoft HRMS reporting
- Review, test and implement system updates
- Establish and monitor processes to assess the quality of HR data
- Research and identify root causes for problems and own the resolution
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of employees
- Troubleshoot and work with IT departments on all system related initiatives, upgrades and enhancements
- Collaborate with HR communities in the support of HR Business initiatives
- Other projects as assigned

Qualification/Required Skill set :
Education Qualification : BA or BS, Graduate or Post Graduate
- 6+ years of experience in a similar role(s)
- 5-7 years of experience with US business with good understanding of U.S.A. policies and regulations
- Knowledge of SQL programming language
- Intermediate level of PeopleSoft query knowledge and of programming knowledge (reporting code) and relational databases
- Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with others
- Experience managing 2-3 people as people manager and responsible for engagement and development
