- Ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience with 2+ years of engineering manager experience. Candidate should have experience of managing team of eight of more engineers.

- Candidate needs to be technically hands on.

Job responsibilities :

- Responsible for all aspect of product delivery from design to delivery and production support.

- Build, mentor and guide high performing engineering team to build and deliver health care product to market.

- Responsible for process, quality, outcome and continues improvement

- Should be able to inculcate best programming and engineering practices by doing

- Responsible for both development and quality engineering resources.

- Responsible for implementing and adhering to best engineering practices like design, unit testing, functional testing automation, continues integration and delivery.

- Engineering, delivery and process

- Exposer to agile development process.

Team management :

- Manage a team of up to 20 engineers.

- Responsible for all HR aspect like one on one, performance appraisal etc.

Technology, Architecture and design :

- Be able to envision the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements; and be able to define technologies, patterns and frameworks to materialize it.

- Design and develop the framework of the system and be able to explain choices made. Also write and review design document explaining overall architecture, framework and high level design of the application.

- Create, understand and validate Design and estimated effort for given module/task, and be able to justify it.

- Be able to define in-scope, out-of-scope and taken assumptions while creating effort estimates.

- Be able to identify and integrate well over all integration points in context of a project as well as other applications in the environment.

- Possess/acquire strong troubleshooting skills and be interested in performing troubleshooting of issues in different desperate technologies and environments.

Mandatory Skills :

Educational Qualifications : B.Tech / MCA / Msc / MTech (Minimum 16 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant).

- Strong experience in Core Java, Spring, Struts, and Hibernate/Spring Data JPA

- Experience in SOA based architecture, Web Services (Apache CXF/JAXWS/JAXRS/SOAP/REST)

- Experience in multiple application and web servers (JBoss/Tomcat/Websphere)

- Experience in UI technology HTML, CSS, AngularJS, JQuery or any other java script framework.

- Experience in continuous integration

- Hands on experience of RDBMS like SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL

- Experience in using profiler tools (JProfiler/JMeter)
