Primary Responsibilities :

- Analyze, review, forecast, and trend complex data .

- Review the analysis and interpretation of others work.

- Oversee ad-hoc client and operational reports developed and presented by others .

- Present analysis and interpretation for operational and business review and planning.

- Support short and long term operational/strategic business activities through analysis .

- Develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes .- Business Analyst.

Overview of the Role :

- Experience of working as a business analyst in health care projects

- Good understanding and experiences in the role of business analyst

- Should be involved in requirement gathering and analysis with complementary mix of functional knowledge-Involved in drafting solution presentations, letter of engagements and scope documents

- Adept in business analysis techniques

- Must have worked in healthcare domain both provider and payer side

- Understanding of the healthcare industry (US preferred)

- Involved in End to End Project life cycle and delivery around the solution for health care industry

- As an Analyst He/She should be functionally responsible for process improvement with technology as an enabler.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills Certifications Preferred

Qualification/Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration, related field or equivalent work experience

- 5+ year of experience in business/finance analysis Experience gathering requirements from the client/business and documenting

- Experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes required Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems required (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)

- Ability to communicate analysis including trends and opportunities to clients and the business in writing and verbally

- Ability to problem solve including multiple priorities and research conflicting and/or inaccurate data Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures
