Position: Finance Account Specialist.

Exp: 2-5 yrs.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce required; preference for MBA in Finance or semi-qualified in CA/CMA.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance.

- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

- Good communication and presentation skills.

- Proficient in MS Excel, capable of handling complex formulas and automating processes.

- Familiarity with financial software like Tally Prime.

- Practical knowledge in MIS reports.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

- Prepare financial statements and reports regularly.

- Reconcile discrepancies in data and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.

- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

- Prepare financial reports and presentations for management focusing on key insights.

- Stay updated with accounting regulations and best practices.

- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data aligned with organizational goals.

- Handle employee TDS and assist in audit preparation and coordination.
