Position Summary:

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with a proven track record of at least 2 years in the field.

- The ideal candidate will be adept at independently managing their responsibilities and capable of handling multiple projects or accounts simultaneously.

- They will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from Sprint 0 to UAT and Live deployment.

- Mandatory Skillset: Gathering requirements | User stories | Use cases | Process flow diagram - BPMN | BRD & FRS | Product management tools | Agile & Scrum Ceremonies | Familiarity with GenAI technologies

Qualifications:

- Advanced experience of 2+ years in Business Analysis.

- Experience in Gathering Business Requirements, communicating directly with end-customers, designing & preparing Functional Specifications & BRD

- Hands on experience in writing good user stories with acceptance criteria.

- Good Understanding of SDLC Process and must have participated in Project documentation creation/ review.

- Ability to handle End Clients & Stakeholders.

- Hands on experience in preparing BRD, FRS, SRS, UML, Wireframes and User Manuals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Should be an independent Business Analyst who takes ownership of their own responsibilities.

- Should be able to handle multiple projects or accounts.

- Should be able to handle entire project process from Sprint 0 to UAT & LIVE

- Work on the Use case Catalog, Process Flow Diagram with BPMN, Business Requirement Document, System Requirement Specification Document.

- Strong experience with SDLC, SCRUM, Agile Methodologies.

- Responsible for delivering the product with User Experience through new features, workflows, and enhancements.

- Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc. ) required to complete the milestone/product.

- Able to learn and handle accounting of projects.

- Should be a Team Player who is interested in Team's responsibilities and Project responsibilities.

- Experience in developing web and mobile applications.

- Familiarity with Gen AI technology
