For one of "Our client", which is Domestic Financial House headquartered in Mumbai.

We are searching for a Sr. Management professional into Option Trading - Prop Desk based at Mumbai..

The details are as follows -

Company : Financial House with its presence across India.

Designation : Option Trader - Prop Desk

Reporting to : Head of Department.

Location : Mumbai.

Role :

1. Ability to manage multiple strategies.

2. Generate Alpha.

3 Ability to manage RISK and GREEKS to mandate.

4 Ability to rapidly prototype new strategies for Indian and Foreign indices.

5. You will automatically become a star on the desk if you are able to manage intraday strategies with a decent risk/return profile.

6. Hunger to grow.

7. Basic understanding of algorithmic execution.

8. Willingness to explore new markets.

9. Provide intelligent market observations and ideas to the quant research team that could help them generate interesting models or rules for alpha generation.

10. Actively provide market intelligence from diverse sources that could aid in idea generation or top-down macro views.

11.Be aware and completely updated of market-related risk rules, limits, compliances, regulations and ensure that the entire trading activity of the Funds adheres to the same.

Experience :

- At least 7- 9 years of strong prop trading experience, thorough understanding of Option Greeks.

- You should have an excellent past track record of many years demonstrating high return vs risk metrics, low drawdowns and consistency across market conditions.

- Knowledge of technical indicators and backtesting of related models on Metastock or Amibroker a positive

- Strong ability to learn new things and ramp-up fast.

- Excellent attention to detail and Focus.

- Self starter and ethical.

- Odin.

- Python a bonus.

- R a bonus.

- MATLAB a bonus.
