We at OpsLyft are looking for a Technical Account Manager to work on handling customer accounts which involves regular interaction with customers and gathering feedback and resolving their queries.
Roles and Responsibilities :
You will be working on multiple projects at the same time. Each project will cover the following responsibilities:
- You'll build solutions, provide technical guidance and advocate for the customer.
- Ensure cloud environments remain operationally healthy whilst reducing cost and complexity.
- Develop trusting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges.
- Using your technical acumen and customer obsession, you'll drive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.
- Collaborate with Software Developers, Product Managers, Sales and Marketing teams.
- With a bias for action, you'll proactively find opportunities for customers to gain additional value from the cloud.
- Provide detailed reviews of service disruptions, metrics, detailed prelaunch planning
- Being part of a wider Enterprise Support team you'll provide post-sales, consultative expertise
- Uplift customer capabilities by running workshops, brown bag sessions, etc.
What you need ?
- 1 year of prior experience in cloud services (AWS & GCP).
- Fundamental understanding of cloud architecture.
- Fast learner with an ability to adapt techniques based on requirements.
- Great communication and collaboration skills.
