Marketing Manager
Key Responsibility Areas :
- Craft strategies for the marketing team, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative
- Develop plans to help establish OpsHub brand, allocating resources to different projects and setting short-term and long-term department goals.
- Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies
- Ensure OpsHub brand message is consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
- Understand and develop marketing budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment projections
- Direct analytical data gathering and marketing/consumer test strategies
- Identify prospects (CXOs of medium to large enterprises in specific industries) and understand prospect's motivations and needs
- Support sales and lead generation efforts
- Train and manage marketing team, including participating in their performance reviews
Expected Experience & Skills Set :- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, advertising, and brand management for an IT company
- High competence in project and stakeholder management
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Experience with digital marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo etc..
- Analytical mindset and experience in data-driven reporting
Expected Educational Background : - Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) in Computer Science or Business Management from a Premier Institute
- MBA Degree in Marketing/Sales from a Premier Institute
