Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify the right business opportunities received through inbound sources. Understand customer challenges and buying requirements.
- Responsible for achieving or exceeding monthly metrics such as lead conversions, sales closing, revenue generation, and connecting with new prospects.
- Responsible to engage with leads via emails and direct conversation, closes on qualified opportunities, prepare a quote and get a deal.
- Requires working with cross functional teams (Professional Services Team, Engineering Team, Product Development Team, Support Team & Customer Success Team) for delivering the solution to the WON Opportunity.
- Working with the range of clients located in the US, UK, Europe, Canada, and other countries.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines and targets.
- Requires working as an individual contributor role as well as with Sales Team to meet an individual and teams target.
- Work with Lead demand-generating marketing team in the assigned market for the assigned product specialty.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Provides coaching and professional development to team-member sales associates to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications:
- Four years Engineering college degree or equivalent degree/certification from an accredited institution and MBA.
- Experience in business-to-business, large/strategic customer segment.
- Successful track record of high sales achievements and a record of achievement in the Account Management.
- A person with a go getter attitude and fire to over achieve the targets.
