Job Description - Reporting into an Assistant Vice President your key responsibility is to support day to day running of Commercial Cards Operations across EMEA markets as well as building a team of strong professionals around yourself. The role will also include- End to end management of BAU Payments processing for EMEA

- Being the point of escalation for process-specific issues, and have responsibility for driving the resolution of such issues.

- Management oversight for delinquency process & statement dispatch, support Online statements initiative

- Cost management of all the processes.

- Dealing with external vendors and associations and making sure the comply to the latest regulations.

- Developing knowledge base and training modules to shared with in Market operations.

- Daily MIS, end to end tracking of BAU activities.

- First level of proofing of any new and updated processes and procedures for Commercial Cards Process Manuals.

- Work closely with Projects team & have a management oversight on operationalize system enhancements, new country launch & other process re-engineering initiatives.

- Working with local and regional Operations and Product team to identify gaps/trends in service requirements and pro-actively suggesting procedure/process enhancements to increase efficiency of service offering.

- Work on general Operations tasks and activities where appropriate.

The Successful Candidate -

- You are a confident and mature professional with 3-5 years of experience in Card Operations with a strong knowledge of Commercial Cards products.

- Carrying a degree in Business management, your numerical literacy and methodical approach will assist you in translating the raw numbers into business cases.

- You will have excellent English communication skills .

- Your ability to work in a pressured environment and multi tasking will be essential in the role you play.

- You will have good vendor management experience and knowledge of payment solutions.

- You are a self- motivated individual who is proactive in displaying a high level of initiative.

- You ability to work under pressured environments and team first approach will lead to timely delivery of targets.
