Job Description - Operations Manager who will report into the CEO of India Operations, who can lead the development, adaptation and implementation of all operational elements for India Operations to create an amazing business for both customers and employees and help us to Deliver in Style

- Will be responsible for ensuring the successful opening of our first restaurant and codify all operational processes based on The X Way' (our system) for both opening and running a restaurant.

- Will manage the delivery of all operational KPI's and be demanding on achieving all standards consistently.

- Will make sure the team is set up and supported for success and lead the opening of subsequent restaurants.

- As the business grows and develops will be tasked with maximizing the performance of the Restaurant Managers to ensure the delivery of the strategy, vision and area KPIs and be providing the leadership, management, coaching and development of the Restaurant Managers to ensure they are able to deliver the goals to their full potential and for the success of India Operations.

The Successful Candidate - The ideal candidate will already have a good knowledge of the restaurant industry within Mumbai,

- Have a proven track record in exceeding targets and driving performance through your teams and will already be operating at an Operations Manager or General Manager level.

- In addition you must have experience within multi-site management and understand the importance of a strong service ethic.

- As part of your experience to date you will be able to demonstrate an ability to grow and develop talent, plans effectively and above all deliver to ambitious financial targets.
