They are an integrated Marketing Communications agency specializing in Corporate Events, Advertising, Digital Media, Set Design, Fabrication & Visual Merchandising.

Operations Executive / Manager:

Location : Mumbai , Pune & Gurgaon

Operations Executive / Manager:

Individuals capable of handling events and activations with following major skill sets

JD and Activities:

1. Vendor Management

2. Planning and Execution of Events and BTL Activations.

3. Thorough knowledge for Product Launches, BTL Activations, Road Shows, Mall Promotions, conferences Etc.

4. Budget Management.

5. Good Negotiation Skills.

6. Ability to handle activations in Tight Schedules.

7. Great Sourcing abilities.

8. Thorough knowledge of Event Setups, Sound , Lights and AV etc

9. To ensure flawless execution of assigned projects managed by the company, while taking the ownership of every individual project.

10. To have a good vendor base across PAN India and strong operational abilities as required.

11. To offer innovative cost effective solutions for all event / BTL campaign related requirement.

Desired Skills & Experience

- Minimum of 4 years into event Operations

- Good with numbers/people

- Computer literate – experienced in spreadsheet programs, forecasting inventory

- Must be a team player

- Strong problem solving with a positive attitude
