JOB DESCRIPTION

- Hiring Operation/Engagement Manager for a fast growing Analytics company for Bangalore. 5-12 years experience required in Program Management/Engagement Manager role.

- The OM will play a key role in supporting “Lead Gen to Cash” operations. Includes pre-sales customer engagements, program management of Cloud pilots, overseeing post-sales service on-boarding, project management on roadmap, and engagement management. Working with cross-functional teams, OM will focus on proactive sales support, project management of all service related deliverables, customer communication, and issue management. The ONM is responsible for developing and maintaining committed relationships with assigned customers and championing the customer’s service experience and investment. International travel is required.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Pro-actively develop technical and communicative processes and implement optimal software solutions for Lead Gen to Cash operations including sales cycle, post-sales, support, maintenance, R&D, HR and Finance.

- Design KPIs and deliver them to the founders to improve Lead Gen to cash operations.

- Drive and maintain positive RPM with contracted SaaS products and services.

- Assist with identifying, nurturing and supporting reference customers.

- Demonstrate the ability to understand a customer’s business and articulate the impact our solutions have on that business.

- Provide direct program and project management during the pre-sales pilot and post-sales service delivery.

- Provide accurate and timely reporting to meet both internal and customer requirements.

- Facilitate proactive and reactive management of customer relationship & communication expectations with other internal service organizations.

- Ensure the contractual deliverables are delivered to customers in a timely manner.

- Ensure technical support and product issues are resolved in a timely manner through support, engineering, product management and other internal groups as required.

- Identify opportunities and also work in parallel with other internal resources to provide proactive and preventive activities to reduce the number of issues experienced and optimize solutions and services.

- Serve as an escalation contact available to customers and internal stakeholders for customer concerns and issues.

- Develop and maintains a positive relationship with all key functional areas: a team player.

- Identifies potential product and services leads within existing customer accounts.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- 5-10 years experience in the program/project management, engagement management, and customer service delivery in related information technology industries.

- Must have experience with implementing solutions, metrics, and processes to scale organizations.

- Must have service delivery experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.

- Candidates need to have a solid understanding of BI & Analytics technologies and experience either working for or managing projects on behalf of BI Providers or Service Integrators.

- Analytical / Interpersonal Skills:

- Must be a solid listener, creative, intuitive, and have the ability to resolve problems in potentially stressful situations.

- Must be a confident and assertive professional, acting as an independent and adaptive team player.

- Must display effective management of time and resources.

- Must be an articulate, persuasive and polished oral and written communicator, able to effectively discuss and negotiate on customer situations

- Candidate will be self-motivated, customer oriented, resourceful and enthusiastic, showing an intense entrepreneurial mindset.

- Must be strongly motivated by challenging goals.

- Must be able to travel globally

- Must enjoy and excel at working in a fast-paced angel backed startup company.

QUALIFICATIONS

- BS/BE/MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent field experience.
