1. Design and develop the analytical tools and processes that will support in reporting VIS Operations KPIs
2. Make major and minor enhancements to the standard BI reports
3. Create visualization that convers data to insights which helps business to take required decision
4. Understand the process, interacting with management and bring visibility as per the business need by proper coordination and timely communication
5. Developing visual reports, dashboards and KPI scorecards using Power BI desktop
6. Connecting to data sources, importing data and transforming data for Business Intelligence
7. Able to implement row level security on data and have an understanding of application security layer models in Power BI
8. Proficient in making DAX queries in Power BI desktop
9. Expertise in using advance level calculations on the data set
10. Adept in developing, publishing and scheduling Power BI reports as per the business requirements
11. Data Quality Checks: Review the data on BI reports and compare it against the system of record for completeness, consistency, and accuracy
12. Assist Business users in implementing ad hoc report requests or setting up templates for self service
13. Support conduction of customised analyses and reports
14. Ensure continuous improvement of reporting and analyses processes
15. Ensure correct measurement and reporting of the relevent Operations KPIs, support in defining new KPIs if suitable
16. Ensure good communication
17. Support all involved parties during analysis phase and as well in defining the recovery action plans
18. Comply with data security and governance rules
