1) Training Design and Delivery: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on products, sales techniques, and skills development to ensure sales representatives are well-equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.

2) Project Management: Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables involving all relevant stakeholders.

Ensure feasibility, manage timelines, and track project progress to align with business goals.

3) Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product management and subject matter experts to stay updated on product features, updates, and enhancements.

Engage with stakeholders to tailor training programs that meet evolving needs.

4) Training Needs Assessment: Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Training Needs Identification (TNI) through performance analysis and feedback to identify gaps and develop targeted training solutions.

- Graduate or Postgraduate (preferably MBA or related technical field).

- Advanced MS Office skills and basic knowledge of Photoshop.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role, preferably in a B2C sales environment.

- Initial understanding of project management skills, with experience in managing training-related projects from initiation to completion.

- Excellent understanding of sales techniques, processes, and methodologies.

- Ability to inspire and motivate sales team members through engaging training sessions.
