Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

- Develop and execute data-driven media strategies across digital platforms (Google, Facebook, etc. ) and traditional channels.

- Lead the creation and execution of end-to-end marketing campaigns to maximize brand awareness, lead generation, and sales conversion.

- Track campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and optimize campaigns for continuous improvement.

Media Buying & Partnerships:

- Manage media budgets and negotiate advertising rates with leading online and offline platforms (e. , Google, Facebook, Hotstar, Jio).

- Develop and nurture relationships with key media partners and influencers to expand brand reach and engagement.

Market & Industry Knowledge:

- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in the Indian mobile market and digital marketing landscape.

- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and develop strategies for competitive differentiation.

Collaboration & Communication:

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (product, sales, content) to ensure alignment and synergy across marketing initiatives.

- Develop clear and concise communication plans to keep stakeholders informed of campaign progress and performance.

- Possess strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate marketing strategy to internal and external audiences.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in brand advertising and marketing management.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics platforms (e. , Google Analytics, Social Media Analytics).

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

- In-depth understanding of the Indian mobile market trends and consumer behavior.

- Experience with popular Indian online and offline media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Hotstar, Jio) is a plus
