Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Operations Specialist with 4+ years of experience to oversee and manage key HR processes, compliance, and employee lifecycle activities.
The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR operations, maintain accurate employee records, and support the organization's HR strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, payroll inputs, benefits administration, and exits.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Maintain and update HR databases, records, and employee files.
- Support audits by providing necessary HR data and documentation.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition.
- Manage the exit process, including exit interviews, clearance, and full & final settlements.
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
- Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure accurate salary processing.
- Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, leaves, and other statutory benefits.
- Track and manage attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
HR Policies & Process Improvement:
- Implement and improve HR policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure proper documentation and communication of HR policies.
- Identify areas for process automation and optimization.
Employee Relations & Support:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
- Assist in grievance handling and ensure timely resolution of HR-related concerns.
- Promote a positive work culture through HR initiatives and engagement activities.
Key Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in HR operations, payroll, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems (HRMS/HRIS) and proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with labor laws, compliance, and payroll processing.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in fast-paced, mid to large-sized organizations.
- Knowledge of HR analytics and reporting tools.
